I am passionate about supporting women, families, and younger clients through life’s pivotal transitions. For new and expecting mothers, I provide compassionate, judgment-free support during pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. These times can be joyful and deeply rewarding, but they can also be overwhelming, exhausting, and filled with emotional ups and downs. I help parents navigate these challenges by creating space to process their experiences, strengthen their coping skills, and reconnect with themselves.

In addition to my work with parents, I also specialize in working with younger clients ages 12 through high school who may be dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, identity development, and the challenges of growing up in today’s world. Adolescence can be a time of excitement and possibility, but it can also bring uncertainty and pressure. I strive to create a safe, relatable environment where teens feel heard, understood, and empowered to express themselves.

My approach blends empathy with practical tools you can use every day. I draw on my background in behavioral health and therapeutic recreation to make sessions engaging, supportive, and skill-focused. For parents, this might mean strategies to manage postpartum stress or improve family communication; for teens, it could involve helping them develop self-awareness, resilience, and healthy coping mechanisms.

Being part of Clark Counseling Services allows me to provide care that’s both holistic and individualized. I believe that when parents and young people are supported emotionally, they’re better able to thrive not only as individuals but also within their families and communities. Together, we’ll work toward building confidence, emotional balance, and a stronger sense of self, no matter where you are in your journey.
