I work with adults navigating life after high school, with a special focus on men’s mental health, grief and loss, and family systems. I understand that men often face unique challenges in expressing emotions, seeking help, and navigating life’s changes in ways that align with their values and identities. My goal is to create a space where men feel understood, respected, and supported as they work through challenges such as depression, anxiety, loss, or major life transitions.

Grief and loss whether from the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or other significant changes can deeply affect how we see ourselves and the world. I approach these experiences with compassion and patience, helping clients process their emotions, understand the ripple effects of loss, and begin to find meaning in the midst of pain. Through the lens of Family Systems Theory, I also help clients explore how their family dynamics, roles, and patterns influence their current relationships, choices, and emotional health.

While my work is informed by theory, it is grounded in practical, client-centered conversations. I believe that lasting change comes from both insight and action, so we’ll work together to identify the patterns that may be holding you back and develop strategies to help you move forward. I bring a balance of directness and empathy, ensuring our sessions are a place where you can be challenged while still feeling safe and supported.

At Clark Counseling Services, I have the opportunity to work within a collaborative, holistic practice that values individuality, respect, and meaningful progress. My aim is to help you feel more grounded, connected, and capable so you can live with greater confidence and purpose, even in the face of life’s most difficult moments.
