I work with individuals in the transitional stages from young adulthood through midlife a time that often brings new challenges, shifting priorities, and questions about identity and purpose. My approach combines solution-focused therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and existential exploration to help you identify your goals, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change in your life.

In our sessions, we won’t just focus on what’s not working we’ll actively explore what is working and how to do more of it. I help clients clarify their vision for the future, break it down into achievable steps, and develop strategies they can begin applying right away. While mindfulness and existential inquiry help us understand your deeper values and motivations, solution-focused techniques allow us to turn that insight into concrete actions that align with your goals.

This approach works well for individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, or a general sense of being “stuck.” By identifying your existing strengths, past successes, and available resources, we can uncover new possibilities for how to approach challenges without getting lost in the problem. The result is a collaborative process that feels both practical and empowering.

Being part of Clark Counseling Services allows me to offer this results-oriented work within a practice that values holistic, personalized care. My goal is to help you not only work through difficulties but also create lasting changes that move you closer to the life you want to live one solution at a time.

Do you want me to now draft the unified staff landing page introduction so all of these individual bios connect under one branded message for the website? That way, when people click into each profile, the style feels seamless.
