I founded Clark Counseling Services to create a space where mental health care feels modern, personalized, and deeply connected to the human experience. My work centers on individuals navigating the transition from late adolescence into adulthood and midlife, particularly those facing depression, identity exploration, and the bigger existential questions that often go unspoken.
I specialize in ketamine assisted psychotherapy, nature based therapy, and my integrative KetaNature approach, a model that blends psychedelic treatment with the grounding and restorative power of the natural world. My work is rooted in existential, mindfulness based, and Socratic traditions, with a focus on helping people explore the deeper “why” beneath their struggles, reconnect with their authentic selves, and build a life that feels meaningful rather than just manageable.
I integrate existential therapy, mindfulness practices, ecotherapy, and ketamine assisted psychotherapy to address depression, anxiety, and disconnection at their roots. Rather than offering quick fixes, I aim to create a space for curiosity, insight, and transformation, where lasting change can emerge from a deeper understanding of self and experience.
I am especially passionate about supporting LGBTQIA plus individuals and those exploring gender identity, and I strive to create a therapeutic environment that is affirming, safe, and empowering. My style is direct, collaborative, and grounded in genuine human connection. I value honest conversations, openness to complexity, and walking alongside people as they navigate uncertainty, growth, and self discovery.
My primary clinical focus is the KetaNature model, which I am expanding in my forthcoming book, Rooted and Rising. This work brings together psychedelic assisted therapy, nature immersion, and mindfulness to support a more holistic path to healing. My goal is to help people reconnect not only with themselves, but with the world around them, fostering a renewed sense of purpose, belonging, and vitality.
