Paying Your Treatment Balance:
At Clark Counseling Services, a monthly account statement is emailed to you on or around the 25th of each month using the email address we have on file, with payment typically due on the 1st of the following month. If you have a credit card on file the processing date is indicated at the bottom of your statement.
For your convenience, if a payment card is on file, the statement balance will be automatically charged on the unless an alternative payment plan has been pre-arranged. Payment cards provided via the portal will automatically be added to automatic monthly payments.
If you are experiencing any challenges with your payment, please speak with your clinician to explore available options based on your financial situation.
Payment Methods Accepted:
Payments can be made through our secure client portal, or in person. We accept all major credit cards, FSA/HSA accounts, personal checks, and cash.
Accessing and Paying Your Balance Via The Portal:
Clients may view, pay, and update the payment methods on file through our secure client portal. To access your account, please use the Client Portal Login.
If you do not yet have an active client portal account, you may request an activation link by emailing info@clarkcounseling.com or by speaking with your clinician or any Clark Counseling staff at your next therapy session.
Should you encounter any difficulties accessing your account, you may also download and complete the Credit Card Authorization Form, which you can bring with you to your next session.
Making One Time Payments Via Stripe:

To ensure your payment is applied correctly, please include the client’s full name and the relevant invoice number in the appropriate field before submitting.
