Make a One Time Payment Online:
To make a one time payment online via PayPal please use the link below and click “send” when the page loads to enter a payment amount. Please include the client’s name and invoice number in the “What is this payment for?” section when making a payment. We also now accept payments through Venmo! Just scan the QR code below.
Client Portal Information:
We are excited to announce the launch of our new client portal, a secure and convenient way for you to manage your payments, demographics, and insurance information. With this portal, you will be able to: Update your contact information and insurance details, view and pay invoices online, and download important forms and documents.
To create your account, please speak with your therapist at your next appointment to request an activation link be sent to the email we have on file for you. This link will come from our portal service provider “TheraNest”. Once you receive the link please click on it and follow the instructions provided.

Automatic Billing:
If you prefer to have your copay automatically billed without using the online client portal please complete the credit card authorization form at the link below. HSA/FSA cards are also accepted through automatic billing.
